Food was ready 1 hour after it was promised, 1.5 hours after ordering. I get it, you're understaffed, but at least stop taking new orders, or provide a realistic time frame for pick up.

I hate leaving this feedback because generally i love you guys - but this is the second time in a row i have gotten papaya salad that was aged beyond the point of selling and I feel a little ripped off :( When it's fresh it's so delicious but no one likes biting in a soured salad.

Always kind and friendly, I really appreciate them. I have never had a problem with my order, which is rare for restaurants in ithaca. Thank you for being consistently great! One of my fav spots.

Food is delicious but portion of spicy eggplant dish was extremely little. It filled ~ 25% of the container. The 8 cubes of tofu made up most of the dish. It was more like a $5 app than a $12 entree.

Unless you're willing to download the app you will need to go to their website to eventually get an estimated time of arrival. No updates via email or text. Food was 15 minutes later than the estimate; hour and 15 minutes on a Wednesday. Hainan chicken tasted like boil chicken with white rice. No flavor whatsoever and very dry, except the small cup of sweetened liquid on the side. Spring rolls Thai spicy noodles were good.

I placed an order at 5pm for a 6pm delivery. The food arrived at 7pm and I only got to eat for 10 minutes before having to catch a bus... I was sad that I was unable to enjoy my usual favorites from Tamarind this time around. Tamarind is the only place I'll ever get Thai, but I hope this does not happen frequently.

I love Tamarind. I have enjoyed them for many years. We ordered the pineapple fried rice and I wanted NO protein on it, which is what I ordered. When it was delivered there was chicken and shrimp. I'm allergic to shrimp so the order had to be sent back. They brought back the right order, thankfully. Everything was delicious!

I was unable to order my desired item. When ordering 'Thai Spicy Noodles" from Tamarind Restaurant, the web page would not let me order that item without selecting a side dish. But there were no side dishes listed to select from. After choosing an alternate item, the food was delivered on time and was good.

Food was fantastic. I ordered for pickup and it was ready at exactly the time I requested. Gaeng Keaw Wan Curry was my favorite.
